Returns Policy
If you have had an issue with your hamper please contact our office so we can discuss alternative options and or a refund where we Macarthur Baskets agree a refund to be a fair and reasonable outcome.
- Defective products can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of acceptaence of delivery.
- Products must be in unused condition with original packaging intact.
- Large orders will be subject to restocking fees.
- Refunds and returns last 7 days.
- Some goods are exempt from being returned.
- Change of mind is not eligible for refunds.
- Return requests are accepted up to 7 days from recorded delivery.
- Return requests due to product substitutions being used is not eligible for refunds.
- The refund of shipping costs will be evaluated during the processing period, and in certain instances, shipping costs may not be eligible for a refund.
We will always work to produce a fair and reasonable outcome in relation to any return/refund requests.
